Today I arrived in London at 1 o’clock. I had a very pleasant flight and no problems with the journey at all. Then I met the transfer at the airport, and he drove me and three other students to Worthing. At about half past three in the afternoon I arrived at the house of my host family. First, I was a little bit nervous but after a few minutes I knew I have a very good host family.

My first day started with a classification exam at 9:30. Then the teachers gave us some information about the school. After a little break, the teachers split us up in different classes. We had school until 1 o’clock and in the afternoon the teachers had shown us the centre of Worthing. Then I went home and walked to the beach. I only must walk about ten minutes to the beach. And for school I only need 15 minutes with the bus.
The next three days I had class in the afternoon and went then after class with friends to the park or the beach.

In the morning I had class, and in the afternoon, I went to Brighton. This trip was organised by the school. First, we walked a little bit through the city, went then to the beach and the i360. We had a very nice view over Brighton.
The next day, on Saturday, I went again to Brighton with a friend. We went shopping and then later we went at the beach. It was a very hot day and there were many people in Brighton at the sea.

Now I am already one week in Worthing. It is very nice here and I had a very cool first week. I met many new students from Spain, Korea, China, Italy, France, Columbia, Oman but also a few from Switzerland.

Today I went after school with some friends to a park to play football. First, we had to walk for about an hour, then we played football and then in the evening we went to the town-centre and bought there some food. We took the food to the beach and ate it there.
Then I had again afternoon-lessons for the next three days and I only went to the beach or shopping for the next three days.
On Thursday I played with some friend bowling in the evening. After two games we played a little bit pool and some other games. It was a very nice evening.

Today I went again to Brighton. I arrived there at about 2 o’clock and then I went with my friend from Oman to an Arabic restaurant for dinner. The food was very nice, and I liked it very much. After lunch, we went a little bit shopping and went then to the beach for the rest of the day. We returned to Worthing at 8 o’clock.

This Saturday I went to London. First, the tour was guided and then, in the afternoon, we could visit London on our own. In the morning we saw the Buckingham Palace, 2 Parks and the Trafalgar Square. Then we had lunch at the Trafalgar Square and then I went with some friends on our own through London. We saw the Big Ben and the Westminster. And then from there we took the Metro to the St. Paul’s Cathedral. After the Cathedral we went to the Tower Bridge and the Hide Park. It was a very exciting and nice day. It was also not to hot or rainy.

Today after school in the afternoon I went to the beach, where I ate lunch. When we were finished, we walked about an hour along the beach and went then to a park. We played a little bit football and ate an ice-cream. I stayed there until half past six and went home. At home I had dinner and after dinner I went for a little walk to the beach.

This Tuesday was like every other Tuesday. I had school in the morning and afternoon. In the evening I went with some friends for a walk at the sea and later we went to a restaurant where we ate dinner. The restaurant, where we ate, is very famous for the burgers, they make. So, we ate there a very delicious burger.

Many students from my class had today their last day at school. About half of my class and a lot of other students left the school today. We went to the beach to bid goodbye to all my friends who leave.

It was very nice weather today in England. I went with a friend to Arundel to visit the castle and the cathedral. In the castle of Arundel, we saw a show with birds like owls and hawks. Then we went into the castle. Inside it was very nice decorated and we saw a lot of medieval stuff. When we were finished with the castle, we went to the cathedral and to a park with an artificial lake. It was very beautiful.
When I was home again, I met two new students who also came to study English at Worthing. They are from Spain and Turkey.

Now I only have one more week left here in England. The time passed very fast and I’d like to stay longer.

After school, in the afternoon, I went to the beach with my Spanish friend and went for a swim in the sea for the last time. The temperature of the sea was very hot. But it was the last day with good weather for a swim. The next days it was windy and cloudy. On Friday it was raining for the first time during the day.

It was raining the whole day long. It was my last day at school and I became my certificate and report. Then I stood for the rest of the afternoon at school and went playing bowling at 4 o’clock. In the evening I went with my classmates to a Chinese restaurant. We ate sushi and celebrated my last day at school.

Today was my last day in England. I went with some friends for a visit to Stonehenge and Bath. We had to drive in the coach for 2 hours to Stonehenge and then 1 hour to Bath. There were many tourists in Stonehenge, but it was very beautiful. We were there for two hours and went then to Bath. In Bath we had first a guided tour to all important buildings. Them we had time to discover the town in our own. In my opinion Bath is the most beautiful town in England. We spent 3 hours in Bath and had then to drive home for 3 hours. Then I bid goodbye to my friends and went home.
In the end I have to say, that I had four very nice weeks here in England. The time passed as fast as never before, and I would like to stay longer. I had a very good host family and found also many good friends. I think I will miss England and especially Worthing.
